Yet even though a lot of this basic nutritional knowledge is freely available to anyone who goes looking for it online and in libraries and other places of learning, many people ignore it and continue eating a poor diet. The result is an escalating human health problem that is almost wholly avoidable with the right education. We don't propose to have all the answers to society's health problems, but we can provide a lot if useful information that can be taken forward by anyone who has a mind to improve their own personal health through their diet.

It has been said that the only thing you can truly change about your life is yourself. You can't do much about what society does or what your neighbor does or even what your spouse or closest family member does. You can only change yourself. But knowing this simple fact is amazingly inspiring and motivational, because it means that whatever happens around you, you get to leverage some real control your own little piece of space in this world!

You have a choice of what to eat and what to buy in the stores. Many foods in those stores are unhealthy and detrimental to your health. We can help you by telling you what is healthy and what is not, but we can't make you buy or avoid anything. We can only advise.

You can choose to buy or NOT to buy unhealthy foods and instead only buy and eat fresh, healthy and wholesome food. Its your choice and no one else's.
